These terms and conditions apply to the GearsLib app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by MENGMENGLIU (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a commercial service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect or store any personal data. All data remains on your device and is not transmitted to the internet or third parties. The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is beneficial and efficient.
The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can compromise your device's security and functionality. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues resulting from such actions.
Please be aware that certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly due to a lack of internet access.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage during the connection to the Application, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss you may experience as a result of relying on the functionality of the Application.
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also terminate the availability of the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end, and you must cease using it and delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
